Recovering an account

How to recover an existing APNIS account.

An APNIS account linked to your email address may already exist if you have been engaged in APN activities in the past. We encourage you to use this existing account to avoid duplication.

To log in to your existing account, you need to reset the account's password:

  1. Fill in your email address and press Send Password Reset Link.

  2. Check your mailbox for a password recovery email. Press the password reset button or link in the email body, and then fill in the same email address and new password on the page you are redirected to.

  3. You will be logged in after a successful password reset.
